Returns, Quality & Safety
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and include all tags, accessories, and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used, or are past 7 days from delivery (including items that have been cleaned or maintained) cannot be returned.
Exchanges are not available. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns.
Once we receive and check your returned item, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs, original delivery fees, and import taxes are not refundable. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be refunded.
Digital products cannot be returned, so we do not accept cancellations or refunds once access to the video has been provided. Returns for the experience kit itself are handled according to our return policy, provided the kit is unused and unopened.
Once an order has entered the shipping preparation process, cancellations cannot be accepted. If you notice an error in your order, please contact our support team immediately.
Please keep the outer box, packaging, and product as you received them, and contact us within 14 days with photos of the box, shipping label, and damaged areas. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund. Minor scratches or dents on the outer box alone are not covered.
For international deliveries, fragile items are carefully packed with multiple layers of cushioning and double-boxed for protection. We kindly ask that you unpack and check them promptly upon arrival.
Wooden items can crack or warp if dried too quickly, so avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Ceramics and glass should be protected from sudden temperature changes and impacts. When using paints or adhesives, make sure the area is well-ventilated and consider wearing gloves or other safety gear.
Please check the ingredient list included with your experience kit. If any steps involve contact with skin, we recommend performing a patch test first. Keep all materials out of reach of young children and pets.
