How does the experience work?

Your kit includes a shop card with a QR code that links to YouTube. Simply scan the code and follow the instructions on the card to start the experience as soon as your kit arrives.

No additional preparation is required, as all necessary tools and materials are included in the kit.

Can I send items as gift?

Accepted Answer

You can register a shipping address that is different from your billing address for gift giving. For EU and UK deliveries, the recipient may need to pay import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees to the courier after purchase, before delivery or at delivery. For destinations outside the EU and the UK, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout under our current shipping setup, so additional courier payment is usually not required after purchase.

Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 days.

Can I return my order?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and include all tags, accessories, and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been opened, used, or are past 7 days from delivery (including items that have been cleaned or maintained) cannot be returned.

Are there precautions for handling different materials?

Wooden items can crack or warp if dried too quickly, so avoid direct sunlight and high heat. Ceramics and glass should be protected from sudden temperature changes and impacts. When using paints or adhesives, make sure the area is well-ventilated and consider wearing gloves or other safety gear.
