Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that all products are handcrafted by artisans, and shipping times may vary depending on production schedules and inventory availability.

(Weekends, public holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays are excluded.)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Shipping Fee: Flat rate of JPY 870 (Tax included) nationwide
Free Shipping (Japan): Free domestic shipping on orders of JPY 30,000 or more (Tax excluded).

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via FedEx.

Carrier: FedEx
Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country/region and the weight of the order.
Free Shipping (International): International shipping is free on orders of USD 200 or more.
Shipping Destinations (Alphabetical Order): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (International Orders)

For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, and other taxes or charges imposed by the destination country or region are calculated at checkout.

No additional payment will be required upon delivery.

5. Important Shipping Notes

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address (including postal code, country, and phone number) is entered accurately at checkout. Delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may result in additional shipping charges, which will be the customer's responsibility.

P.O. Boxes

Due to FedEx regulations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. Please provide a physical street address.

Refused Delivery or Long-Term Absence

If an order is returned to us due to refused delivery or extended absence, we reserve the right to:

Issue a refund after deducting round-trip shipping fees and handling charges, or
Request additional payment for reshipment.

Please note that import duties collected at checkout are non-refundable. International return shipping and related fees may be significant.
