Normally, there is no viewing deadline. If any specific rules or time limits apply, they will be clearly stated on the shop card.

No additional preparation is required, as all necessary tools and materials are included in the kit.

Yes, children may participate. However, when handling sharp tools, heat, or chemicals, a parent or guardian must be present at all times.

Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your kit, and include photos of the contents along with details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or reshipment as appropriate. Please note that minor cosmetic damage to the outer box may not be eligible for replacement.

Slight differences in color, size, or appearance may occur due to the handcrafting process and the use of natural materials such as wood, ceramics, and glass. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

You can register a shipping address that is different from your billing address for gift giving. All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so the recipient will not be charged anything upon delivery.
