Shipping & Duties

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam. Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 days.

Shipping fees vary by country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

In many countries, orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.

Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping notification to check your package's status. If there's no movement for more than 14 days, contact us with your order number, and we'll assist you.

If a shipment is returned due to refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for your order minus the actual costs of return shipping and customs processing. Please note that we are unable to resend the item.

The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes, tariffs, and customs fees in the country of delivery. For EU and UK deliveries, import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees are not included in the checkout total. After purchase, the courier will contact you before delivery or at delivery, and payment is required to receive the package. For destinations outside the EU and the UK, applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are calculated and collected at checkout under our current shipping setup, so additional courier payment is usually not required after purchase. Final import handling may vary by destination, carrier, and customs review.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has ended. All shipments to the United States are subject to customs duties and fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
