Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide from our Japanese warehouse via FedEx, international courier, or international mail. Certain countries, regions, or P.O. boxes may be excluded. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.

Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 days.

Shipping fees vary by country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

In many countries, orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.

Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping notification to check your package's status. If there's no movement for more than 14 days, contact us with your order number, and we'll assist you.

If a shipment is returned due to refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for your order minus the actual costs of return shipping and customs processing. Please note that we are unable to resend the item.

The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes, tariffs, and customs fees in the country of delivery. These charges are calculated and collected at checkout, so no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has ended. All shipments to the United States are subject to customs duties and fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
